The 1460 boot is the original Dr. Martens boot. Its design is unmistakable: 8 eyelets, the iconic Dr. Martens Smooth Smooth leather, the air chamber sole with side grooves and yellow stitching.

MATERIAL
Our Smooth Smooth leather has a reputation for being tough to begin with, but also a very durable leather. You can polish them to give them a shine and keep them looking like new, or you can let the scratches show through to create your own pair with character.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wipe off dirt with a damp cloth and allow to dry, then apply Dr. Martens shoe polish or Dr. Martens clear or coloured shoe polish or wax as appropriate (Neutral can be applied to all colours). Let dry, then buff vigorously to polish using a second clean Dr. Martens shoe brush. (We recommend using two brushes per color, one to apply the polish or wax and the second brush, clean and dry, to buff the leather for best results).
MANUFACTURING
Reinforced product with Goodyear splicing. The upper and sole are thermosealed and stitched to maximize its resistance, not just glued, like so many other shoes.
