And with the inclusion of new technologies in communications, publications, and commercial actions that Esdemarca may carry out and the possibility that personal data, images, or pictorial representations that you have shared with our company within the existing link may appear therein. The owner or legal guardian, if representing a minor, ensures that they are the owner of the shared content and therefore authorized to allow its publication in:

• The company's website and social media profiles.
• Filming for commercial broadcasting.
• Photographs for magazines or publications related to our sector.

By accepting the conditions, Esdemarca takes your consent to publish the personal data, images, or pictorial representations provided, without the possibility of subsequent claims and exempting Esdemarca from claims by third parties.
